“I’ve Been Going to Church (Just Praying for Disaster) is an anxiety anthem. Lyrically and sonically it encompasses the filling of dread when you know things might be taking a turn for the worst but there is nothing you can to stop it. Instead of being a victim of the mental turmoil that those emotions can bring, we chose to celebrate that in this song. With this release we want people to celebrate how messed up our lives can be and how to not only handle whatever your going through, but put on a feather boa and ask for more!

We shot the video by throwing our own DIY party at the Foodhall art space in Sheffield. It was an open invitation featuring snacks, punch, inflatable animals, confetti, a jelly bath and more. We wanted to capture the energy of our live show in the video and we feel we not only did that, but we also really caught what “Sasscore” & Church of Dagger is all about.” – Maisie, Vocals
